i've walked around so many ADs last week just to look see look see. cant really remember which one already but definitely have. Its not on the paper.. u need to talk to the SE.

based on coe action n every single COE bid always not enuff quota for past few yrs, buyers are certainly not holding back.

 

Most who wanted 2 buy already bot coz afraid of rising COE. COE is like stock mkt, d more worried, d more d price rises. Less worried n prices fall, thats y coe fell coz tuck yew so no more measures so pple relax liao.

Agreed, everyone have their own budget and the amount that they are willing to pay for a car. Even though a person might have the money to buy a 100K car but doesnt mean that person is willing to use his/her money on buying a 100K car.

 

Anyway, i believe the super low coe days would not come back again, and if coe can fall back to $30K to $45K range already very good lo. Those people who are waiting for coe below $20K will never able to buy another car again.

That is prudent. I too have my threshold and i dont think any car >$10K depreciation per year would make sense for me. And yes, no cars right now would make sense for me.
