I watched the movie at Cathay.

Totally rocks man. one of the best films this year. A must watch for petrol head. Though I follow F1, the excitement of present day F1 is nowhere near that of the 70s and 80s.

I have great admiration for Niki lauda. I wouldn't have survived a metal rod entering my throat! Spoiler alert.

Overall. I give it 9 out of 10.

Might just knock Pacific rim out of my favorite movie of the year. But hard to compare also la. One is on true story. the other is robot fantasy

Yep the show is definitely one of the best shows of the year. Captures the intense rivalry perfectly while giving it a good buildup.

*Spoiler alert*

The final race really made my hair stand, even though I am usually still driving fast in the rain but at that kinda speeds ... jesus!! [knife]

Spoiler alert should be put before revealing the spoiler, just saying.

Just wondering. Did schumi race like that before in the 90s??

He race smart not hard.

Senna is the last guy that race hard, going for the smallest gap that never exist just to gain a small advantage over others.

nowadays f1 car, so reliable, so crash proof...

i love the 80s era of the turbo engines... 1500 bhp? it takes real skills!

senna, prost, piquet, mansell.... fav was piquet!

50% chance of dying?

That's damn high.

Those are real racing. Manual gears in a high bhp low weight car

L Hamilton tested Senna's McLaren and his feedback was "this is crazy". you need real driving skills to tame these machines.

And Niki Lauda's F1 days was even way earlier than Senna's where safety features is still very primitive in todays standard.

I think he was badly affect by the death of Roland Ratzenberger the day before he die.

I find hamilton quite humble and good with PR

And I'm sure he can handle it like senna. He is a talented driver himself

he is more likeable ever since he left McLaren. [:)]

But whether he is comparable to Senna, not at this point. Anyway, very hard to compare as both are from diff era.

I feel sad for Roland as everyone expect one went to send him off.

And the next race, P1 & P2 was marked in their honour.
