If it is the spices and sauces you are talking about, I think Sheng Shong carries quite a range, I see many 麻辣 spices and season food over at Sheng Shong Tamah Jurong. There is a Chinese food stall (中国凉菜), at the coffeeshop of clementi Ave 3, cannot remember was it 442 or 447, is beside the hawker centre opposite the roast duck stall.
