I agree. The true geniuses have the ability to distill it down to the core issues that everything else is hinged on.

We also practice similar charts.

 

Example:- tree fall down on HDB carpark entrance which besides it has a Park.

Call HDB & they say Town Council.

Call Town Council & they ask at entrance, call LTA.

LTA responded, I think TP need to review & access.

TP said, call NPP can already.

NPP came & give a check, it's National Park.
