nice article. but automotive had became part of human life. imagine cycling 15-20km to work daily. it is healthy. but for people who need to stand whole day at work, how would their legs be able to take it? nevertheless, public transport is best, if they are well structured and... having space for everyone. in Singapore, during peak hours you might need to wait for 2-3trains before you can board. and there is always people trying to squeeze into trains shoving others away. doesn't that makes people angry and such too? it all boils down to individual humans. I've met almost the equal amount of inconsiderate self centered people on public transport as to drivers..
