My Nokia Lumia is fixed with Carl Zeiss Lens, super clear pictures capturing crucial moments and the best of all is MS window 8 installed [thumbsup] Glad to hear you far apart from this tiny island are sharing it's practical features [sunny]

How is Windows Phone 8 operating system for the phone. I know for sure the apps are far lesser than IOS & Android.

Why no one is considering the Asus Padfone Infinity. Chio design with a fast processor and the ability to transform into a 10" tablet without having to subscribe to another data SIM card.

Coming from a Macintosh user at home and all my home PCs are now Macs, I never bought an iPhone or iPad before. :D

My next PC will still most likely be a Mac, but phones will be Windows phone and maybe tablet will be Windows Surface (if they do slash down their prices).

What amaze me about Windows Phones is, there is no/very little lag and it can be like a Mac computer that function perfectly even if you don't shut down for 3 months. [thumbsup]

Windows 7 computers which I used at workplace still lag and buggy like sh1ts.

Hey bro, I'm in a similar situation as you. All my computers are Macs (I don't run any windows software on my Macs either). But I'm intrigued by Windows phones.

How do you sync all your info?

I sync my contacts in Google. Actually found Google more user friendly than Outlook.com [laugh] The link for duplicate contacts in Windows phone kinda confusing to me. Google function in all browsers while it is not for the case of Outlook.com

All other info (not much actually and nothing sensitive, only photos) sync with office Windows PC though there is a Windows Phone Connector for Mac software readily available for download.

There are apps for Google Maps, Google Docs for Windows Phone. So, migrating from Android to Windows Phone is still pretty OK for me. Only issue is Google suddenly removed Youtube function, but luckily there are better alternative apps for Youtubing.

BTW, I am on Windows Phone 7.8 not 8

Probably will move on with Lumia 925 next.
