From the way he made his report, it is worrying if this guy ever get into another accident he will deny all responsibilities.

Don't think so. There is a car in front of him. Also the lights has not turn in favour of the lane (You can see cars from perpendicular lanes still turning.) There should not be any need to move. This is definitely done on purpose.

some really cheap china made camera I got from Sim Lim. Less than $100. But serves its purpose. not too good for night use so I am thinking of getting one that has both front and rear camera.

this is some cheap camera for taxi drivers according to the guy that sold it to me. one for front and one for back passenger. I turned both to the front to capture a wider angle. Forgotten to realign that day so you see 2 images!
