So they are running a deficit budget. Now those reforms required to bring fiscal prudency are being rolled back cos the citizens are unhappy. Btw today the RM is 2.63! This afternoon at Bishan Junction 8, long Q at one $ changer counter. The rate for RM was 1S$ = RM2. 6065.
