Actually I find that TP now should focus more on reckless driving rather than catching people with Mod.

To me dangerous driving is more dangerous than mod cars. [rolleyes] [rolleyes]

...yes and no really,.....while some mods are illegal to the extent of being unsafe on our roads not to mention at times truly deafening :D

...I would place drink driving and speeding right next to dangerous driving. [;)]

In the beginning, it shows that the taxi was overtaking another taxi and a van on lane 2. This shows the taxi was never road hogging at all in the first place.

It looks road hogging to you because of those speedsters overtaking very fast on lane 3 and 2....

Actually the whole issue is not about road hog but more of dangerous driving.

People may say if taxi no road hog, the red car will not cut in lane so recklessly or so close.

But hey look at what other drivers that are driving fast are doing??

They overtake at lane 3 or lane 2 and not like the red car go purposely cut in so close.

So yeah, who is more at fault?? and who is more dangerous ??

* At least others who drive fast also care about safety, which is more important than anything else.

They should catch those who don't switch on headlights at night. These are potential road dangers, and they include non mod cars as well.

should catch those with after mrkt HID. Lousy China HID with scattered beam that can't focus properly but still got ppl install....

Turbocharged

Rip to the deceased.

5th gear did an experiment before. Rear seat passengers in a mpv likely going to sustain serious injury or not able to make it if it was severely rear ended.

Reason is the lack of crushing cushion from the boot.

the fact is most drivers speed at night..especially during those ungodly hours in the morning..the accidents which happened at those hours are usually very serious..even if not driving under influence(DUI)..the speed is still faster than road limits

true...so when driving at night...best to keep to most left lane and when near exits...be careful of cars which try to exit from lane 1 or 2 .....

Can't even differentiate properly. TP catch those reckless driving, speeding, etc whereas LTA catch those cars with mods.

I say clamp down hard on those mod cars. Can't stand those who tint their front windscreen till damn dark, how to see at night? Catch them all! [thumbsup] [thumbsup]

I hope these driver learn their lesson, not by killing people but by TP booking them and make sure they lose their license.

Especially the red car that overtake in such close shave ( inches away from the video taking car ) weaving from lane 2 to lane 1.

Want speed, nevermind but not at risking people life, like the red car. It is totally unacceptable and TP must really find out what is the license plate of the red car. The rest if never caught, it's okay count them lucky.

Thank you for posting a video unrelated to this incident. I just wasted going through 3 pages discussing about taxi hogger and other irrelevant posts.

How about we stay on topic for once and not divert to really meaningless stuffs.

Were hazard lights on? Was triangle sign/marker placed at the appropriate distance behind car? These could have helped prevent the tragedy.

RIP to all 4. [:(]
