for the record, let's not degrade to the level of EDMW! I read the posts there and some of the threads. bottomline is this, while we have chinese as our second language, spare a thought for those who are malay, indian, etc among our major ethnicities that do not read chinese. Would you not also be excluding them from the threads?

 

there is a reason why the english language test is there for those coming to sg to work. there is no chinese/malay/tamil test is there?
