Hi folks! Recently kena some minor curb rash on my gunmetal rims.

Anyone know where I but those DIY alloy rim repair kit? Kit includes Epoxy filler/primer + sandpaper. Wonder if anyone bought before at any workshop/autobacs.

Many thanks!

Bro,

U may want to go to Hurry Rim repairs.

I go there many times. Price very reasonable, very professional, n also friendly.

I have been there several times.

Btw, I m not advertising for them.

I tried to do my own repairs previously, n it's more tiresome n not well done. The guys there have the proper equipment.

Thanks for the advice. Just came back from Hurry, reasonable prices and repair took 40mins (one rim) - Great quality!

Initially wanted to try DIY since it's minor rash + avoid downtime. Guess it's best left to the experts.

Ooh. And to how much it cost, just be prepared to fall flat at the reasonable price. No ketok, no hammer, no conned job. U may have to sit around to wait for ur rims to b repaired. But it's worth it.

I even met another SG forum bro at one of my visits! Passed our time talking about cars, maintenance etc [blush]
