Surface Pro....ex sia surface pro is 10.1" I5 selling at 1.5K with touch cover running on Windows 8 for the same processing power you the next cheapest you can find is a ultrabook at 1.7K for 13" so ex or not is subjective. if you are looking at andriod pricing for windows tablet then its abit hard to find. alternatively, you can opt for cheaper model, Acer running on Atom duo core 1.8Ghz at lower price. cannot remember the price rank already.
