Selling price got range?

Always wondered, how come some dealers selling price got range one? i.e $37k-$40k. U mean got buyer choose to pay the higher price one meh? Example below:

i think u loan more, the price is lower.

Take longer loan, they earn more interest.

Can give you more discount.

Never take loan, pay higher amt.

Maybe if you read the terms and condition on the sales contract "fine prints" you will see....

I guess if u want more things, must pay more.

So, if want to change to new tyres, do up the car, pay new road tax, etc, the car price would be at the upper end...
