Title of the thread is very misleading.

 

It is the assistant director that is being charged and not the director.

 

There is a big difference between the two.

yep, never believed in this logic all these while. corruption happens when one with a crooked mind sees an opportunity and makes use of it.

Recent cases are not just ordinary cases but those that involve the highest office of their departments. Their pay is not ordinary already yet this happen. So the gahmen's notion that high pay reduces corruption is absolutely bollocks! [laugh] [laugh]
