Neutrino Supercharged March 1, 2017 Share March 1, 2017 When you plug into the HU, what massage you got? 'An error occurred while connecting Android Auto. Please reconnect.' No matter how many times I try to reconnect I always get this message. I'm using the latest version of Android Auto (16 Feb 2017) and my USB connection cable is the best and I've also tried a few other USB cables. This is the third motherboard on my phone and I get the same error massage with each motherboard.

HappyK3 Neutral Newbie March 1, 2017 Share March 1, 2017 Yes true, after the upgrade...Radio reception improved alot though not the best but acceptable. I agree. I just done the upgrade together 1K servicing today. They update the software with a USB. Channel 95.4 (Malaysia MYFM) still not able to received clear as my previous Vios. In the morning, one service advisor told me as I did not include in my service appointment request, they can't help me to patch in the SW. I need to come in separate day to do it. In the afternoon, while chit chat with another service advisor and check how to do the next appointment. He go to get his USB and help me to do the upgrade. Hope this helps. Uninstall AA and make sure you clear cache and data. Then reinstall again and try, it works for me. My HU is Android Auto ready. It works with an iPhone but not android. My phone MIUI version is 'MIUI Global 8.1.5.0(LXIMidi)" iPhone ready doesn't mean Android Auto ready. iPhone car play is ready before Android Auto. You must get your motrex updated to Android Auto ready. If you have done that then maybe is phone issue. As mentioned, try using another Android phone to test....This will give you a better picture
