coolbluepica 2nd Gear August 1, 2016 Share August 1, 2016 I read somewhere that the recommended 32 psi tyre pressure is at 25 degrees C, hence the higher pressure to compensate for the temperature difference. Not sure true or not though. Ya 32 is for cold but not sure what's the temperature. I stay near one of the Stamford tyres outlet so tyres will still be cold when I arrived there from my home. For me I pumped 33 which is good for comfort, FC, and rolling resistance , excellent grip. I tried many other pressures from 34-36 psi, all are too hard and tyre balloon up not gripping with full contact. You can see by seeing the road wear lines on the tyres. 215 width tyres only uses 195 to contact the road if on 35-36. Less grip.
Jzachlee 1st Gear August 2, 2016 Share August 2, 2016 Anyone knows if there is a feature that prevents the start/stop button from killing the engine when at speed? Example, traveling at 80km/h and driver accidentally hits the button. Does the engine stop? I had experienced at low speed (ie. parking), when I hit the button a little too hastily and engine immediately stopped even though the car was moving at low speed. Not sure why anyone would pull such a stunt at high speed. But it should kill the engine... should be the same for all makes.

ricleosg 4th Gear August 3, 2016 Share August 3, 2016 ha as a matter of safety, if for some reason you need to kill the engine while travelling at higher speeds, and the start stop button does not allow this, it will be a issue for complaints too. Maybe not intentionally, but accidentally. Was just thinking out loud about it. =P

I had experienced at low speed (ie. parking), when I hit the button a little too hastily and engine immediately stopped even though the car was moving at low speed. The engine won't stop if hit the button at high speed. Have to press and hold for awhile then will stop engine. This what the manual says. Haven't try. But why would one accidentally hit the button? RHD car , button on the right, no one can press for u. Unlike for LHD car, button on the right , passenger can ka jiao.

ConnieNeo Clutched August 5, 2016 Share August 5, 2016 I did my first 1K servicing 2 weeks ago. Realized they indicated on the servicing schedule decal that the next servicing will be 10K later. I thought the next servicing should be 5K right? Where did you do your 1k servicing bro? Ubi or Alexandra?

Jzachlee 1st Gear August 6, 2016 Share August 6, 2016 Dear K3 bros n sis, I'm new to this forum. Got my k3 in Apr. Btw, anyone experiencing any "squeaky" noise fr e suspension or rear of vehicle when traveling along uneven road? Got my car in May 2016, 3000km since and nope, did not encounter such squeaky noise. Could it be a leaking shock absorber? Now they do away with the 5k servicing. But they still try to ask you to go back to them to rotate your wheels at 5k, which I will ignore...
