Simplecar 4th Gear October 2, 2014 Share October 2, 2014 Typically for our road conditions I will take 20% off. For urban driving, i agree with you. At least I now know that i can achieve 90% of what is quoted and that is good enough for me. As I am now looking for another car, perhaps I will look for those with 5-6 l/km type of cars. ↡ Advertisement
kopitalk Neutral Newbie October 2, 2014 Share October 2, 2014 If you're using android phone, download Fuel Manager (Consumption) by KB2 Soft. Imo the best in free app category. So far I'm getting 11.5 to 12.5, city and jammed highway during peak hours... *sigh*
kopitalk Neutral Newbie October 2, 2014 Share October 2, 2014 Does the bar indicate the consumption? I think this bar doesn't tell anything except the opening of the throttle valve. I mean, you can run 90kmh without stepping the accelerator, and the bar will show zero...

Hybridcar 3rd Gear October 9, 2014 Share October 9, 2014 (edited) Anyone got their car this week? Do you met with any problem? I next tues taking the car. Any special thing to look out for? Hi, I'm still waiting for my SE if I can collect my car coming weekend. Here is the checklist may be helpful. Have you check this out? http://www.mycarforum.com/topic/1802820-new-car-checklist/?hl=%2Bchecklist+%2Bnew+%2Bcar Frankly, no one can 100% check all the things while collecting their car. But it is good to cover as much as possible. Take your time Edited October 9, 2014 by Hybridcar

Any advise please?? From paying balance to collection of your car should not be more than 2 weeks... some less than a week if quick enough. You should be fine. If your SE told you to pay balance, then your car is already in Singapore Just give you some ideas what my SE told me. 1 day - Paid balance 2 days - Bank Cheque clearance, insurance & loan stuff final process 2 days - Register car This is the fastest scenario :) And Congrats
