Hmm..I recall Khaw made several contradicting statements regarding the prices of land and HDB flats..was he lying thru his teeth in parliament? I say put him on the stand and if he was caught lying..out he goes..according to LHL.

 

Hmm I also recall some Minister said N95 masks would be in all stores on a certain thurs night during the haze..but alas the masks only arrived on Saturday..were these people lying..? Please interrogate and if they lied please remove them from office also hor..

Not sure about anybody here but this matter has left a bad taste in my mouth. I guess this is so call "good politics" where our millionaire ministers come out and play "I don't friend you anymore. I go and tell teacher (which in this case is us the citizens)." If it is so serious, then sue lah. The best PAP game. Make him retract his statement if it is such a big matter to waste so much time at shooting arrows.

 

End of the day people do not see who said what but who DID what. Less talk, more work.

bad strategy for the ruling party....... the way they reacted is a bit too much. They should know jolly well that this type of incident is not going to "kill off" WP. By making a scene, it gives the impression of making a mole hill out of a mountain.

 

Unless there are some fatal mistake committed (like obvious corruption with hard evidence or the like ) by an opposition MP that can allow them to "kill" him/she off, they should just let go of the case and focus on more important National issue. At least, this will show that they are working for the Nation and not getting paid to provide parliment entertainment!

Since Ms Vivian wants to talk about integrity, maybe he should refer to back to last month when he visited Inodnesian minister about the haze. After coming back, he said their minster apologize for the haze but later the foreign minister said they never apologize for it. So either he/Indonesian minister was "lying" or there was some miscommunication?

Last time they got a very good goal keeper called Harry. He can save all back passes and can even scored with his goal kick. But he has since retired. Since then, the football team diam diam wu own goal.
