Use Glass Compound (roll on type, Glaco brand or other brand) to remove oil stain film, etc.; then use Rain-x to apply layer of protection... this combination works well for my windscreen... I do this every month or two...

problem solve.

i bought steel wool 0000 grade.

wash and clay first.

rub steel wool with autoglym glass polish.

run off with water and some glass clean with micro fibre wipe down.

now is super smooth and slick + stuborn oil grease all gone.

wiper mark and light water etch also remove.

those with above problem can try.

perfectly clear.

it been 5days and problem never come back.

please only use 0000 grade. spot test first before doing the full windscreen.

at your own risk.
