disconinja Neutral Newbie March 23, 2017 Share March 23, 2017 Hi, I'm new to this forum, and unable to create a new topic. I've a question to ask fellow forum members: I'm a Singaporean and driving SG car (Honda Insight Hybrid)From last year November 2016 I drove to the Tuas checkpoint and paid the toll charge of $3.20 (heading to Msia) Returning back I didn't pay another $3.20. And I was not prompted to pay another $3.20 when returning back from Msia. This is at least 5 times without paying $3.20 when returning back to SG. The barrier automatically opened and I drove off. Until recently in March, I was told by the immigration officer at Tuas checkpoint to pay $3.20 when returning from Msia JB.All travels I made to Msia since November 2016 were less than 24hrs. May I kindly clarify if I need to pay $3.20 at Tuas checkpoint when returning? Therefore in and out is $6.40.Thank you very much. ↡ Advertisement

Heavy fines await - they already said they're not dicking around anymore.

Heman75 Supercharged March 27, 2017 Share March 27, 2017 I am all for full payment be it coe and car price. If can't afford full payment than car is a want and not need. If "need" than one will be able to find ways to satisfy a need. Seeing so many waiting for coe to drop mean car is a "want" not "need". Simple theory. Hungry for eat food court. No money go 7eleven buy loti. You won't wait...till loti price to fall. i agree with you. there will be a group who tells u oh i am not willing to spend the money, i am not KC spider, i am not stupid and doesnt mean i got no money. say ppl who bought KC spider and stupid buy now so high price. to be they are just not ready and red eye just to make themselve feel good. Gnixer 3rd Gear March 27, 2017 Share March 27, 2017 That's why it is good lor. Nobody will give SingPass to dealers. Each individual has to do their own bidding. this should be the correct way of buying a car. wth they bundle COE with car price for what? so are they doing the right thing or doing thing right?
