The SE told me the new version which deliver this year will have 4 driving mode selection instead of the 3 selection.

Yes, got keyless entry and start/stop button.

 

Don't know about the ambient light colors??? I've yet to try out many of the functions and optional settings. In fact, there's many features that will need to be explored... kekeke. Not have time to do that ATM.

When I was there at the showroom over the weekend, I did briefly asked the salesperson. Said it was 10k overtrade. But I did remember my kakis mentioning some quite hiong overtrade for CLA, maybe for the old batch?

Yap, got mine 2 weeks ago, on Labor day . Its a CLA200.

 

I've been check on the rims. It seem u guys are right, that the brake pad dust is awfully plenty. Even after only 1 day of normal work-home driving, can already see the dust on the rims.

I was thinking of changing to chrome rims but some good bro advise otherwise and I took his advise of not change too early and to monitor the dust and conditions first.

Any body knows how to overcome this, like fix some brake pad covers to divert the dust or something?

 

The ride is very comfy and nice quite drive too.

 

My OC loved it too. She drives it to office every morning... I only can steal a drive during weekends.

 

Does you CLA200 come with rear aircon?

 

I was at one of the PI shop recently and saw one CLA that comes with rear aircon. Don't think that is the norm right?

Went to test CLA180 Sooting brake, GLA180... both kns.... sorry Merc, BMW makes better overall cars at the same price range. We really wanted to like the SB/GLA, but the drive really really ruined it. Engine was surprisingly unrefined, even the 1.6 in our almost 9 year old 116i is a smoother powerplant. Engine noise in the GLA was jarring and the ride for a car with so much suspension travel was surprisingly stiff.  

SB is the better car and i quite liked the brown that they had in stock, but still, didn't get the "OMG i want to buy this car" feeling.

Why Merc all no hab GPS wan?

i thought Mercs were supposed to be comfy!?!    Really wanted to try other brands other than BMW cos everyone calling me and my gf BMW fanboy/girl

 

 

But imo, BMW has really moved the game on.  TBH i don't care how so many think Merc interior "looks" better, BMWs might look similar looking dashboards, but they have their ergonomics/usability spot on. Pity, we really love how the exterior of the GLA/CLA SB. Wld hav spec-ed a black black GLA.

I dun think there are $20K overtrade. Its the actual overtrade plus service credit and some freebies added up to $20K.
