JaneF Clutched June 26, 2013 Share June 26, 2013 I recommend see Dr CH Teo. He will answer you by asking "what do you think"? I think he needs to be replaced by someone who actually knows the answer. ↡ Advertisement

Darthrevan Supercharged June 26, 2013 Share June 26, 2013 PM2.5 40 and below than can do extended outdoor exercise. Otherwise, haze too high = the more u exercise, the more unhealthy u become. exactly..what NEA publishes on its website are outdated PM10 measurement..look out AQICN for the AQI and u can see the actual is more than 100..any number above 40 is still unsafe..I'm still cycling indoors..in air-conditioning

Usually the place would be crowded with people. Seems like people still quite cautious on exercising outdoor.

Chamot 1st Gear June 26, 2013 Share June 26, 2013 Been jogging outdoors for the past 3 mornings. Dun really feel any harmful effect but will only jog between 7 to 8am before the traffic builds up. Thinking of getting this mask as extra protection. http://www.respro.com/products/sports-leis.../sportsta_mask/
