I recommend see Dr CH Teo. He will answer you by asking "what do you think"?

I think he needs to be replaced by someone who actually knows the answer. [laugh]

PM2.5 40 and below than can do extended outdoor exercise. Otherwise, haze too high = the more u exercise, the more unhealthy u become.

exactly..what NEA publishes on its website are outdated PM10 measurement..look out AQICN for the AQI and u can see the actual is more than 100..any number above 40 is still unsafe..I'm still cycling indoors..in air-conditioning [dead]

No wonder last weekend noticed there is a huge drop of people going to nature reserve walk?! Usually the place would be crowded with people. Seems like people still quite cautious on exercising outdoor. [rolleyes]

Me kiasi, plan to jog last sunday but PM2.5 ~80 so give it a skip. Run in Gym instead.

Even today pm2.5 still around ~40-50. wonder wait until when it will go down? [rolleyes]

Many races are being postpone till a much later date.

Guess it's a indirect sign telling runners that its still not safe running outdoors.

Yeah, that and the possibility the haze may still return when the winds change.
