Talking about ice-cream serve on in-flight meal, wondering how they decide whether ice-cream is included in the meal or not?! Based on timing the meal is being serve or dinner only? I remembered when i was flying to beijing on a mid-night flight, and the meal was served around 3.30am (sg time), and they give hagen daz ice cream! Dont think my stomach can take ice cream at 3.30am?!
