Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone booked their air tickets through http://www.facebook.com/Holidays.SG before? They don't seem to have a website, bookings are done through their Facebook site which leads to a pop-up. Are they reliable? Not much info about them online. No complains on their FB page as well, but we know how some business owners delete negative comments from social networking sites.

Going Taipei. They have a deal for $450 (return tickets) currently. Cheaper than purchasing direct from the airline (Transasia) that I was originally planning to take.

Did you checkout Scoot? Could be cheaper.

Hi bro, yes checked out Scoot. It is indeed cheaper, however the difference is not much after adding the additional charges in Scoot and would also personally prefer a full fledged airline.

They are cheaper than buying from airline direct? What are the flight times? or only 1 flight a day?

Only 1 flight a day. I like Transasia because of the timing. You leave Sg aqt 1am and reach TW at 6am. At least the airline website itself does not show the promotion lah whilst the cheap tickets are being advertised on the Holidays.sg facebook page.

come on bro.

this is not a big company or neither are they a wholesaler.

I just spoke to my regular agent....this type of tickets prices are everywhere.

The nett price for this ticket is S$430 (S$168 + S$262 taxes/fuel) ....that means they still earn S$20 per ticket.

It all depends on agent whether they want to earn this miserable S$20 (aka service fee).

Thanks bro for the info. Cos I did check Transasia website and saw the holidays.sg advert on my Facebook, compared and saw it cheaper than the airline website. Usually I just buy direct from the airline website la, but if the agency is reliable, was thinking can consider buying from them and save some money la. (going as a family, so there is some savings there)
