Learning speed has to be within speed limit??

 

Depends on instructor. Some instructor say go at 40km/h enough already. Anyway thats why the rules you learn in driving school doesn't work if you are speeding.

my time the instructor told me just go with the speed limit posted and even reminded me for going to slowly on a 60km/h road when I'm driving 40km/h.......... [laugh]

Mine too. He always told me to accelerate fast and drive up to the speed limit of the road. There was once I forgot I was L plate and I actually shifted up to 5th gear and started exceeding 70kph on BB Road while my instructor was napping. Got caught by him though [laugh]

Mine was also napping when I attempted to drive into PIE......then he suddenly woke up and quickly told me to go straight instead......... [:p]

if he never say anything, its natural gng straight, even if its a T junction

actually he had been napping for quite some time liao even after I'd made several turns........then the sign 'To PIE' looked tempting.... [:p]

By default, it's turn left at T junction if no instruction given.

i remember during driving sch, one of the instructor taught a tip. when u r approaching straight at a junction, there are usually 3 arrows -> -> -> preceding the junction. when the first arrow appears in your sight, u should take your .........

 

Was taught the same as well.. so far have being practicing this still today.

Little incident, I switch lane and had the car 3/4 into the lane. This VW golf driver then filtered into the same lane(probably without checking her blind spot) my whole front bonnet was already beside her car and I had to swerve back into my previous lane as if I did not I would have rear end that golf

 

People please check blindspot BEFORE switching lanes
