Kklee 6th Gear September 2, 2018 Share September 2, 2018 (edited) Load index can higher without changing tyre size. In addition, PSS has harder sidewall as compared to PS4 with the same load index. Which is why I wished 91V was available for PS4 instead of 94W. Edited September 2, 2018 by Kklee ↡ Advertisement

Yewheng Twincharged September 2, 2018 Share September 2, 2018 (edited) I think for tires once u hit 250kmh n above, the risk of blow out gets increasingly higher per minute of km depending on rating of your tiresSome tyres have rating H. These are mostly put on to those driving PHV rental car especially. So those who rent car drive PHV when go malaysia.. Better check tyre rating 1st to make sure it is not H, but W or V before attempting to speed in NSHW. Edited September 2, 2018 by Yewheng

Pocus Turbocharged September 3, 2018 Share September 3, 2018 For S'pore even a modern 90 Bhp engine is enough.Having driven 90bhp car for 3 years in the early 2000s, confirm not enough as the power could not keep up with the traffic. A 90bhp car now at 2018? Unlikely too..
Beehive3783 Turbocharged September 3, 2018 Share September 3, 2018 You forget that the weight and size of cars are also increasing with every new model change. Hence, you should be looking at power to weight ratio instead of just engine power. For S'pore even a modern 90 Bhp engine is enough.
silvialite 1st Gear September 3, 2018 Share September 3, 2018 I would say 100hp/ton should be enough power. Good torque at lower rpm range is preferred as well
Toeknee_33 Turbocharged September 3, 2018 Share September 3, 2018 As long as the power overwhelms the capability of the chassis, then it's too much power, be it 50bhp or 500bhp.
Bluebull 2nd Gear September 4, 2018 Share September 4, 2018 80bhp or 600bhp, morning rush hour jam on CTE still must go at 10-20kmph. ↡ Advertisement
