I don't think they will give fine without warning first. Last time when I was a student giving out flyers or doing surveys also got warned by these SMRT staff before. Normally won't get fined unless the person keep coming back or don't move away after getting the warning.

 

So I am quite sure this guy on the wheelchair knows can get fined just that he thought the SMRT staff won't dare to do so only.

Bats have always been in Singapore except now they are less seen due to urbanization, and they are only active in the dark. Just 20 years ago, when there were still many kampungs in Punggol, Bishan, Choa Chu Kang, etc., they could be easily seen at night.

Can they stop any SMRT fare increase?

Fares increased so many times to justify their maintenance and the ceo's pay... and yet we still ganna trains faults and down...

Why can't the fare increase based on the nos. of times the trains' down?

 

Say, if no trains down for 1 year, fare increases 3 cents

If trains down 1 time in year, fare reduces 1 cent

If trains down 2 times, fares reduces 2 cents ...

Now, ppl treats smartphone like it's part and parcel of their dear life, not knowingly that these smartphone is really smart in turning human beings to not-so-smart ppl whom have lost their freedom to high-tech stuff ....
