Car Bumper got scratched paints.. what to use to remove it?

I tried wax but it can get rid abit.. but very hard to remove all.. since big portion of scratched paint..

 

anyone got experience and wanna share what to use?

no photo at current moment.. about 5 lines about 10 to 20cm long, about 0.5cm thick of scratched paint in blue color.. my car is black..

can consider using a little bit of scratch remover (white color paste)....but dun be harsh, muz be gentle
