punggol east area rain started at 5:30am, i was woken up by a whatsapp msg at 5am, my bed is right beside the window and can hear very clear strong wind and rain drop hitting the window/glass...

A tree about eight storeys tall was believed to have been felled by heavy rain and strong winds early Monday (Oct 3) morning at Holland Close.

 

The fallen tree damaged gas pipes and affected the supply to more than 100 households living in a block of flats, Shin Min Daily News reported.

 

A Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesman said it was alerted to the incident at Block 1, Holland Close, at 5.41am.

 

The tree's falling branches shattered the windows of at least four units

yes, my process engineer work until that time to rush out a damn urgent job and keep me posted on the status, and tonight, midnight hand carry the part to suzhou .. stupid customer want to review on 4th/oct.. damn cb.. already told them china having golden week, still insisted to come..

You engineer hand carry the parts to china? Cannot courier meh? China now having golden week, got people still working even you go over there?
