Cantonese ones don't seem to have any.

True Cantonese cuisine is pricey. Lots of fresh expensive ingredients, lots of preparation, lots of skill in cooking, liberal use of expensive seafood.

In my opinion...Tingkat meal is just mixed rice stall type of dishes...so to classify it as pure Cantonese..i don't think there's one caterer doing that....

what is cantonese Tingkat? i really dont know.. i grew up in a Cantonese family.. to me.. cantonese meal is at least 2 dish and a SOUP.. yes.. soup is important.. not those canned mushroom soup and such.

I thought 4 dish + 1 soup as always shown on TVB drama.
