Yeap. I've only experienced domestic AA. Have yet to try their international service, but I bet it's crap compared to what Asians can offer.

 

That said, American Carriers are improving. They have started with refurbishing their interiors, which is a good start.

of all the US airlines...the worst is AA .... served by mrs doubtfire and worst of all.....with a bloody attitude.. it's like they are doing a bloody service to bring you your drink

Thus, I'll wanna try Southwest Airlines the next time I fly USA domestic. Heard their service is decent.
