i actually got the kicks watching over and over again how that dumb cycling crash into the car. i hope he felt pain so it will remind him nv to do that stupid stunt again.

by right ...all cyclists should dismount from their bicycle and push across the zebra/traffic crossings....

By law, cannot ride bike across pedestrian crossing, by right, all should slow down (cyclist didn't), by left - watch what you are doing, by common sense, wait for all cars to stop before crossing.

The only place I can fault driver, seeing camera car stopped he should have predicted someone was crossing.

Cars are supposed to give way to PEDESTRIANS, but only if it is safe to stop.

By law, car is at fault. Car should slow down at all zebra crossings.

 

By common sense, cyclist/pedestrians at zebra crossing should slow down to see if any car coming or not. You don't want your life ah?

Right of way is for pedestrians...he not pedestrian. And right of way not absolute. Car only have to stop if can do so safely

Bicycle must dismount and push bicycle to make such crossing. No way any driver can see them at such speed

Both heng.. The cyclist escape with no or minor injuries. And the driver was allowed to drive off by the cyclist, instead of calling the police.

Actually the zebra crossing got a invisible shield activated whenever someone start crossing the line. Dunno why this one not working.
