He pointed out when he as a child in Singapore, he can have very delicious prawn noodles and pork organ soup, but now the food is not delicious, it is very sad thing is to see Singapore cuisine is disappearing, like an endangered species. It is hard to find good local food, the hawker now mostly not doing a good job, because Singaporeans just too comfortable and lack of initiative. He was disappointed with the young, everyone waiting for parents to leave the future to them, why should I made so much, and why work so hard? Our generation is different, we work hard for better life for parents and ourselves, pay more attention and more effort on making the food better, so different now.
