Two possible reasons for the cutoff:

1. Your F750 cutoff voltage is set high? Here's a link to a good article with an informative voltage cutoff table... https://dashcamtalk.com/battery-discharge-prevention/

2. According to the Infiniti specs, the Q50 has a 'battery saver' function. That could have cut off the power?

As for battery, you can get the Lukas LK-530-12V or the Blackvue Cellink B. They should work.

Share your experience with the F750. I'm also thinking of getting it for my Q50 soon.

Did you get the Thinkware and hook up to a power cell successfully? It's been almost a month and ZMC hasn't responded to my PM for their contacts.... :pissed-off:

I didn't have an F750 to try, but reading the specification... it needs to be connected to ACC and B+ at the fusebox. Once it notices ACC is off, it will draw power from B+ and go into parking mode. If you connect a battery, it will stay constantly in drive mode.

I went with the DR650 instead, because it goes into parking mode after a short interval once the vehicle is stopped. I currently have the 1CH, and will wait until Blackvue has FHD for its rear camera before I upgrade to 2CH.

I see. Looks like my Thinkware's parking mode is going to be a dud. :lll._.: and ZMC's non-response is not helping either!!

You're not the only one Bro. I also asked ZMC via PM about Cellink B installation and there has been no reply.

Looks like they are not interested in our business, and the business of new customers.

The product is good, but the service leaves much to be desired.

Maybe they're hoping you'll give up asking if they remain silent.... :lll._.:

Hi Guys and Gals,
Anyone installed Thinkware's cameras (ie F750 or similar)? Would like to know how good is the Road Safety Warning System (Front Collision) and Safety Camera Alert (Speed Camera & photo enforcement locations).
Thank you in advance for sharing :)

ZMC is the distributor for thinkware products. Normally if a local distributor sucks on the after-sales service, i'll go direct to the HQ to check with them for my queries and also let them know why i'm not getting any answers from the local distributor and the type of quality i'm encountering after buying their products.

If language is a barrier, we can alway type in English and use google translations to Korean!

My 2 cents.

I am very interested in F750 too. Does the safety camera alert work in Singapore?

I just had the X500 installed this morning. I tried to install the PC Viewer software that is supposed to be from the MicroSD card but I cannot locate the file from the card. May I know where I can download a copy of the PC Viewer software? Also what is the recommended voltage cutoff setting? The current default setting is 12.2V.

Why is it that they don't show details of the updates, so that users can determine if they really want to update the firmware or if it's worth updating? :nosepick:
