Hi i bought the unit and installed last Saturday. I am very pleased with the unit and installation but now there is an issue with my car shutting the camera off after a few hours. I am driving the new 3 series, and it will turn the camera off after only a few hours, stating that increased battery discharge detected, shutting consumer electronics off. Have your other 3 series customers encountered this and how to fix it?

Good day buddy, you may wish to try to change the voltage cut to a lower voltage. Do give us a call should you need further assistance.

Anyone know how do I export the video from the rear camera? From the Thinkware Black Viewer I can see the video, but when I wanted to save the rear camera video for sharing, I have no way to do so...

Any answer on above Issue please??

Hi, is there a parking mode function for the FXD 700 / 900?

 

Or is it only based on impact which the camera starts to record?

HI, There is parking mode on both model.

 

It will trigger based on motion detection but if there is impact, it will save the recording onto the event folder.

Sorry currently you are unable to extract the rear camera videos. We have already feedback to manufacturer and will update you once it is possible. cheers!

Happy to have it installed.

 

Noted I got a hit parked at carpark.

Clip was sharp and number plate very clear.

 

Clip too short, no chance to see driver, haha.

 

Was disappointed that the clip size about 13MB,

Is it a standard default size or can I adjust from setup?

Hi I have the clair pop. After a few days the settings tend to reset itself. Eg. I set it to shut down when car is off but after a few days it will continue on parking recording; motion sensitivity resets etc..

 

Is there any way i can prevent this from happening? Thanks

Hi can you drop by our workshop with your receipt. we will do a check on the camera. This is the first time we are experiencing this issue so it will be better for us to check your device. Do give us a call at 6555 3560 before coming down so that the waiting time will not be so long. Thank you.

Have anyone bought Thinkware F550 at the recent PC show ? I got problem with the timing shown on the camera.
