Need Feedback / Advice on Mini Cooper S Cabriolet

Hi ppl!

Mini Cooper has always been my dream car (somehow just like this small & cute car).

Having searched online for the past few days, I've more or less decided to get myself a 2nd hand (abt 5 years old) Mini Cooper S / Cabriolet.

Any owner of Mini Cooper S / Cabriolet that can advise on the performance or sturdiness of the car? Any issue with the turbo charged engine? Or maybe the convertible top? Etc. Any feedback / advice is welcomed & much appreciated.

I am not a owner but like you I am looking to buy a 2nd hand MCS as well.

 

In terms of power, it is very adequate for sure. I have test driven the car in 2007 and then recently I went back to MINI Habitat to test drive the newer model again. It still has the charm and the signature handling is still there. Can't give you input on its reliability etc. I am trying to find out myself.
