Go facebook look for "2015 New Alphard/Vellfire Singapor", offering purely commercial services for these 2 rides.

 

Most of the merchants are from Malaysia, and offers very extensive retro-fitting services, such as motor tailgate, conversion from pre-2015 bodykit to 2015 to even 2018 bodykit, even from normal 8-seaater to ZG lounge seats to even Executive Lounge seats, stabilizing bars, not to mention all the Modalista and WAD and Crystal Eye and whatever big brand bodykit. Whatever you can see in Japan right now, almost all can be done over there. This is really something that is very lacking over here. We do not see a active market, and definitely more costly.

 

For example, right now I am considering motor tailgate, being quoted about RM2400 which is very reasonable. Also to convert the taillamp assembly to Crystal Eye which has sequential-running turning signal lights at about RM3600. Also to convert from 2015 Z seats to ZG lounge seats with centre console will cost about RM30,000.

 

Now my hesitant is due mainly to warranty worry. Getting from PI is already risky, what if even the PI workshop also disown you for something they deem illegal? That is why still thinking.

Look for SC Automart under Facebook. Located in KL. You can Whatsapp with the numbers provided to get them fixed in Johor with any of their bro workshops there if you scared of driving up. But you will need to pay extra for the installation services, if any. But if you like driving, should pay a visit to the shop to get inspiration from the extensive range of accessories from Japan.

To add on, i have to pay extra RM200 to do the installation of Crystal Eyes rear lights in JB. Would hace been included in the price i paid for the lights if done in their KL shop. But bopian as cannot finď suitable time to travel up North, on top of flashy colour on my ride which scare to attract undesired attention haha.

I have a 2015 vell fire. my battery got drained due to interior light remain on. When I fully recharged the battery & connect it, the car won't start. the automatic door open/close is also not working, music system can't be turn on. I changed the new battery thinking it might be battery fault but still the same . anyone can help?

Your cheapest bet would be to call those mobile battery services to come your place to try to resuccitate the car. They will be able to jump start and test the existing battery, and replace with new one if that is the problem. If that fail, then just call towing service to bring the car to your favourite workshop.
