Just look at what happened to Silver Linings Playbook actress Jennifer Lawrence, who stumbled in her Dior couture dress, when she approached the stage to receive the Best Actress award at the Oscars. Similarly in local showbiz, Rui En (or rather, Rui En’s character) takes a stumble – quite literally – at an award ceremony staged for her upcoming Ch8 drama series, The Dream Makers. While J-Law waved off her fall with a hearty chuckle and a candid remark to the audience, Rui En’s character Fang Tong Lin makes up for her fall by doing funny faces to the camera.
