Realise a trend now in dealers' pricing. For example, 2 almost same specs n year bmw 320, 100% loan, dealer asking 190k. PPSL selling 170k if DP 50%.

 

Wearnes Pre Own div seems to be dropping abt 20k per car as compared to ah beng dealers who are still either holding or upping prices.

Normal, not really too good price, because it is a 4-cyclinder 2L BMW520. If it is a IL6 BMW530 or 525, then i will say good deal.

sold his car to cut costs. cos income dropped significantly and he has to support wife and 3 kids.

Wearnes sells the expensive cars mainly When customers trade in, they take the "best" cars and release the rest to dealers

On their website list of cars, there seems to be quite a few management-owned cars to get rid off too, including almost brand new Infiniti cars.
