Just use credit card pump and go, why care about he attendant or cashier haha

I don't like to use credit card in Malaysia, except for hotels and large payment at shopping centre!

Once at about 10pm, after paying for petrol, I wanted to top-up my T&G card which has less than RM5 in it...but the cashier say top-up facility only available in the daytime!!!

If I come back SIN, I usually pump at Shell Skudai, or Shell Tebrau (if using EDL)...these 2 stations staff has better attitude.

Is Petronas petroleum less superior to Shell?

Just before Tuas checkpoint in Johor, Shell is always packed but Petronas located beside it is like a ghost town.

branding and car owner perception ... just like in spore ... Shell is the most lansi cartel ... and more often higher pump price

i don't really care ... i pump at Petronas if there is no Q ... besides it's only 1 full tank not like going to pump Petronas all the times

1 full tank nia ... even if the performance is not as good as Shell ... drive in singapore city stop-go traffic ... what's the difference

when i cheong in NSH ... i do feel vpower is more shiok ... 5k-6k rpm ...

Actually was told Shell petrol is brought from other companies as their own productions is insufficient or as they seek to optimise their supply chain.

As saying goes, white cat , black cat , can catch rat is a gd cat.. :-)

in Truly Asia, Petronas is boleh :excl: your observation amply demonstrates the power of marketing, which has an immense power to influence consumers. :D it is apparent a lot of drivers are attracted by the two key words, power and racing. [laugh]

Petronas advance formula 95Ron is the best. I always pump for my bike. Cheap & good. Unfortunately SG car cannot pump 95 but bike no problem.

That is why it won the Mercedes F-1.

Read the BHP brochure claiming the 97Ron fuel has the highest additive of 800ppm compare to other fuel 400ppm such as She'll, Patronas, Caltex etc.

I tried a few time and believe possibly true. Has clocked higher mileage on highway for my FD2.

I went KL just last month for a road trip and accidentally pump 95 instead of the usual 97.. They didn't say anything cos I was at the last fuel pump at the corner.. But I would say their 95 not bad, quite powerful. Used that tank of 95 all the way to Tuas checkpoint and pumped then petronas 97 before heading out.. So long queue at Shell, for me it's the same petrol. As long as the car can move I'm ok.

I kinda like their petrol, smooth and quite fuel efficient on my car.. Usually when I head to Malaysia, I'll pump Petronas or Caltex, in SG I pump ESSO cos of the rewards points. But of cuz it depending on which pit stop and what petrol they have there at that time.

Every weekend, I see Petronas ads on tv. Either Lewis Hamilton or Nico Rosberg will be telling you how advance their oils are. Channel Fox Sports 1 or 2.
