Taiwan: Recommended hotels in Taipei

Bro,

 

For those whom are very familiar with Taipei, what are some of your recommended hotels? I was told it is best to stay near to Taipei Main Station.

 

My requirements are:

 

1. Walking distance to Taipei Main Station,

2. The bedrooms must come with own bathrooms, not common bathrooms.

3. Three or four stars range.

How above directly above the Taipei Bus Station which is linked to the Taipei Main Station (3 mins walk away)

Stayed there in Jan this year, clean and neat, quite easy to walk to the MRT station.

 

Best of all, super near to famous AH ZONG MIAN XIAN! (YUMMY~~~)

Taipei is well link by their mrt

If it's ok to stay away from Taipei main station

But near to mrt

Zhongshan area

Lotty hotel

Nice

Billcoke, you can also consider Tango Hotel, located directly above Zhongshan station (one station away from Taipei station). The hotel service is top notch and very modern and popular with Singaporeans. Even the bathtub has its own TV ! Shopping malls all around with plenty of restaurants, basement foodcourts and supermarkets. Easy access to everywhere once you walk out and pop into the station.

Is the taxi from Taiwan Taoyuan Airport to Taipei Main Station very expensive? how much is the taxi?

 

I notice they got many different types of airport buses, which one is recommended?

Take the airport limousine bus service, very comfortable and cheap. It will reach main train station.

They don't have a website but they have a facebook page called under 台北窝

Took a Merz Vito from airport to taipei hotel 1000nt

 

Gng from hotel to airport on a very old model vw

Hotel did for me 600 nt

 

Taiwan is really a friendly place to go holiday

I'm gng again this oct or nov

Planning to be min 10 of us

Gng to try their minsu in nantou

I took taxi from 101 to my hotel in Taoyuan, not airport yet. Cost me NT600.

To airport, maybe another NT100-200.

From Taoyuan airport can take the "Guo Guang" bus direct to Taipei main station. price is TW 125 per trip. If you buy return is cheaper.

Wah this tango or Wego hotel is up class one. tango is at Zhongshan MRT station exit 2 posh hotel. Weekday about $200.0 per day.

Wego is at Mirrmar there where they have the flywheel also posh one.

tango got few hotel in taipei, such as xinyi or zhongshan

 

also got one hotel eclat, heard my friend is nice
