Idiot Lady Lexus Driver almost knocked into me and bikes

The problem is actually the traffic light at Sembawang camp, when it turns RED, car will get stuck because the road from the camp traffic light can only hold very little cars. If that traffic light don turn red, i think it will be smooth flowing. I pass by there everyday, i see people stuck in the box and people start honking, that is better than beating the red! this lady is more dangerous that staying in the yellow box till the light turn red man.

 

Obviously she is the idiot as she is the only who did it, it was a good 5sec after the light turns RED

Not sure if you guys also noticed there is another lady driver who drives a white VW polo. Almost every morning at the junction of yishun ave 1 and 2 towards mandai, usually there is a long queue becos of the traffic light, she will cut queue and while driving along mandai rd, she will zig zag almost all the lanes and speed. Really endangering other people's lives. :angry:

For me, my policy is this, if you need to cut queue, you signal, I will let you through. Sometimes give the person the benefit of the doubt that rushing to pick up their kid or what.

 

But those damn obvious is don't want to queue up type, he can forget about it. If so many cars can queue up, why you dont need? He is at the losing end. He hit me, I will claim him until his insurance co wont want him next financial year onwards.

Whoever kenna such reporting before and given demerit points come in and shsre your experience leh. Or Rustyz, since you are doubtful, try chiong red light and get someone to film it. Then report it to TP via that channel. See if you will get summon or not.

i saw a car hit a pedestrian and drive off (the woman managed to get up and walk away) ... i reported it via their email and someone called me back within half hour. however, because the license plate and car description didnt match, they couldnt proceed. (they did call me to tell me this)

Did you try checking the onemotoring website to see if that was true (the vehicle transfer fee function lets you do this)?

 

Because if there was no observational or reporting error, the driver must be a seasoned criminal sort.

yup .. i tried. i probably mixed up the numbers on the plate. all i remember was it was a green XF. i asked them to check traffic cams, but they declined to do so ... oh well. when he hit the lady, she fell in front of my car (she kind of rolled off his bonnet), and he just drove off ><

Usually they do. But takes a long time. I cycle on the roads everyday and always encounter drivers who will treat me like I am invisible - turning out of small roads/slip roads infront of me causing me to have to brake hard or overtaking very close to me. Submitted many videos and almost all have a reply. Usually about 1 month later. Sometimes they will just inform that they have given a warning to the driver or not ask me to go down and make a statement before they can charge him/her.
