Motorcycle and i think a Volvo got into an accident , tent was just infront of the photo, had the video on my car cam but not good to post it. Not to mention, heavy vehicles added to the mix with the condos constructed in that prime area. Time to step up enforcement. Many nice overhead bridges to set up, actually... Kiadaw 6th Gear February 25, 2013 Share February 25, 2013 (edited) I am still surprise the high accident rate is not a concern by LTA. In Singapore, we have wide roads, not so big potholes, lights at night, & traffic lights are clear, no twisty moutains or hill roads, & bad weather are few & far between, & nothing extreme like other places, as long as drive slowly & ON the bloody lights (which some people always fail to do). Purely looking at the road (not the driver), it must be one of the easier place to drive, yert accident rate is still so high. ChickenMob 6th Gear February 25, 2013 Author Share February 25, 2013 Just received news that the person who was involved is a friend of a mutual friend . not sure what exactly happened there, the bike was on the 3rd lane , volvo and tent was on the 2nd lane. the jam was damn bad all the way back to queensway there i think. it was not raining at that time, think at 4-4.15pm the traffic there is usually not high. But motorcyclist always at a losing end, people knock us we fall down, we knock ppl still we fall down and jam brakes also will skid as they do not have four wheels to maximize balance and floor contact. ChickenMob 6th Gear February 26, 2013 Author Share February 26, 2013 Sorry i key in Volvo dunno why came out photo maybe i delete on accidentally the part. one bro had attached with picture on his facebook requesting for witness on the accident, kindly if anyone who witness it can contact him as they had commented that it was a hit and run by a taxi, hope someone can provide the taxi VRN for assistance in the accident. Or maybe Thread starter was not made aware by authorities for some specific reason. But Taxi did not run.
