WTF 4th Gear February 20, 2013 Share February 20, 2013 Med countries like Italy and Spain is quite bad with crime I'm told by my European colleagues. My ex-colleague's camera was pick-pocketed while in Italy but luckily the shopkeeper told him about it. He quickly stop the gal from leaving and the gal just passed the camera back to him like nothing happened and walked away. My customer's camera was a total loss after he came out from an attraction......

Duckduck Turbocharged February 20, 2013 Share February 20, 2013 its not so much italians, most of the crime r done by eastern europeans who look same as italians. many r gypsies. from georgia, romania etc
Shull Turbocharged February 20, 2013 Share February 20, 2013 I spent 1mth in Italy alone. Mon-Fri for work, weekends travel to Venice, Pisa etc.. Never had any problems with crime.. My Italian colleagues told me that northern Italy is generally safe because this is where the economic and industrial heartlands are located, resulting in lower jobless rate. It's the southern parts which has higher unemployment rate, and thus more crime. ↡ Advertisement
