Sounds like a congregation of pro feminists gathering to embrace tougher stands on workplace discrimination against women and more equality :D

Ha ha... very timely, especially now more and more women are establishing professional careers in their own right, not just as home makers or just taking up part time lower level jobs to supplement husband's income. I think many members have spouses who are earning as much as or even more than them! It's a nice advantage to have in today's environment of increasing cost of living...
