Racing nuts LTS friendly?

Izzit inspection pass? If want to change, remove nuts and replace it without jacking up tyres? Thks!

He means to replace the nuts one at a time. Technically it is possible but may be unsafe because you can't ensure that the rim is still properly seated on the hub face.

 

Anyway, LTA don't like aluminium racing nuts, from what I hear. Apparently it must be steel nuts. Anyway, aluminium is weaker and can crack and fail.

Probably because it is lighter and the racing teams regard them as throwaway items to be replaced from one race to another.
