StefanK Supercharged January 30, 2013 Share January 30, 2013 225 45 17 Currently on CSC5 (225/45/17) @ 240kpi. Previously on F1 Assymetric. Comparatively, the CSC 5 seems to have be more road holding, giving less slide when cornering. But now still haven't fully run in the tires so not sure about the FC. Performance wise, for me, better acceleration due to grip, but I think when fully run in liao effect will revert back to similar as the F1 Assymetric. Noise wise, cannot feel, cos the F1 already very noisy and I already am 'behavior trained' to tune out the noise. I had the CSC5 for S$200/rubber. Still prefer 501 also because it made of Japan. btw the 2 continental csc5 is way better than yokohama 501 ang frankily speaking we are compare apple and orange. 501 is around for at least 5 years old model (correct me if i am worng) i personally wont take country of production as a key factor for this case.
