From Feb 4, no ERP charge for one CTE gantry from 8.30am-9am

No ERP during morning peak along CTE? Unbelievable! But the CTE during the evening peak still switch on, right?!

The CTE is smoother flowing during weekday peak hour than weekend or off-peak hour.
