Just now pass by the site at 6pm, the broken glasses seem to be part of the cargo dropped from a truck. the debris was pretty huge, covering most of the exit lane + chevron. Hope no one got stuck in that jam [sweatdrop]

Most of the traffic including myself were on the opposite side so thankfully didn't encounter that.

i was not so fortunate ... took me about 20min + to clear the KPE tunnel as people would not follow the "keep light" sign and took the right lane and then squeeze back ... ><

the broken glass won't really cut the tyres.

But as more and more cars go over the glass pieces, the weight and friction will grind it to powder. And you get glass dust!!! Major hazard then!

Many heavy vehicles now not only driven in unsafe manner, but you see all kinds of loads improperly secured or half-spilling out.

I think TP also not sure how to judge whether a load is properly secured and marked (e.g. with proper red flag for long loads, etc.) but they should err on the safe side and focus their enforcement efforts on such things as well.

Luckily the glass did not collapse on some car or worse, bike.

looks like glass panels which fell off the back of a lorry.

yup it was one of those big lorries. it was up ahead (cant see it due to the taxi) but it was pulled up on the road shoulder.
