If you have evidence of any wrong doing by this dealer, then you should stand up for your claims and post here, just like how someone shared his bad experience on Stuttgart Auto.

so what is your story? you didnt even tell everyone your story and you just say add blacklist?

Chill Bros.. my fault for not sharing more details..

 

They took in my car. Say 100k. Outstanding bank loan 80k. They are supposed to return me 20k. It's been several months. They didn't want to pick up my calls or reply my messages. Promised me a few times to return by xxx date, will deliver the cheque personally to me.. etc.. All didn't happen..

 

They also owe some amounts to workshops.. the workshop Boss called 1 of the bosses.. sent messages.. also no reply.. They sent cars for the workshop to repair and touch up.. Pity them.. it was a decent workshop..

can lodge a SCT against the dealer lor since you mentioned several month. SCT i think doesnt cost much vs your $20K.

 

if court order they have no way to siam.

They have not even transferred the car, it is why TS is still paying installment

Anyone bought cars from Ed automobile or now name change to EDM cars at Carros centre need to be careful of the dealers as they post the cars are in good condition and no repairs needed. I bought a car from them and guess what it is a LEMON!!!! After making a deposit the dealer than inform that the exhaust is an aftermarket and does not come with cert and car key only provide 1 key, upon collecting of cars realised that coolant was totally empty and radiator was dry up thus went to top up coolant from their workshop.After driving the car for 1 week on eve of Hari raya the car overheated and broke down on KJE highway which was then toll to their workshop and the car engine got overhauled, dealer inform that car headgasket was blown and the repairs cost of it parts by dealer and labour by buyer.Dealer also inform that the overhaul of engine warranty only for 1 month which I find it not acceptable and now after one months 2 weeks the car engine oil leaked which I have to bare everything myself. Below are all the rest of the faults:

 

Car bought is a Mitsubishi Colt version R 10 years renewed COE
